After graduating Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, Executive Chef Derek Peters began his career at Journey's Restaurant in Longwood, Florida. The Vineyard Wine Company is beyond excited to have such a talented and creative chef on board to add his flair to our old time favorite dishes and introduce a variety of new seasonal fare. Chef Peters is passionate about keeping The Vineyard Wine Company's food exciting and fresh by infusing only the best organic and locally grown ingredients. Each dish is carefully hand crafted to pair with The Vineyard Wine Company's sophisticated palate, comfortable ambience and amazing wines from which we have become known.
